Mathieu Le Tinier, head chef

At 14, Mathieu turned to a BEP Accounting, without conviction.

One evening, he met a Michelin-starred master chef, Jacques Guillo. The latter offered him a trial at the Auberge Grand Maison in Mûr de Bretagne.

After this conclusive trial, Mathieu committed to studying cooking. Jacques Guillo was able to pass on his know-how and his passion to him. He obtained his diploma.

He then worked with Christophe Le Fur, then went to Courchevel at the "Chabichou" with Michel Rochedi, and joined Stéphan Buron, MOF 2004.

He continued his training at the "Martinez" in Cannes with Monsieur Sinicropi, then went to Normandy, with Pierre Marion, at the restaurant "Les Fuchsias".

When Pierre Marion left, Mathieu took over for a few years, then he decided in turn to return to his region to open his own restaurant.
